check if your day was full of healthy activities>>

Basically  there are four things you should do to ensure you are living healthily:


First. Consider the amount of vegetables and fruit you ate during the day preferably the fresh not the canned or the frozen…

Second.  you had at least 15- 20 minutes of fun time and laughter  for yourself.

Third.  you had enough high-fiber foods.

Fourth. you walked and stayed physically active.

If you did well on these four things <<congratulations your day had been happily healthy.
