Tips for your day


Tips for Health 
* Know what you eat, don't put somthing into your mouth unless you know it's good.  
* Learn to cook by yourself. 
* try to not eat fast food. 
* Try Never escape breakfast.
* Drink 2-3 litters of water everyday.  
* Dont drink much of caffeine.  
* Smile and try to be happy be positive allways even if you have bad time.  
* Have some warm water with Lemon. 
* Walk for 5 minute at least.  
* Talk to family friend by phone or face to face. 
* Sleep 6-7 hour everyday.
