Lose your body fat by drinking juices only for 10 days.
Our body have Fat but we allways eat more than we can burn so that's why we have extra fat in our body. So here is my plane to breakdown our extra fat and let's our muscles to show up. But don't do this plane more than 10 days. So let's start.
* from day one to day four you will eat your breakfast normally with orange juice or lemon juice. For lunch and Dinner you will have fruit and some raw vegetables. Some green juices or pineapple juice. Drink water 2.5 - 3 litters every day.
* from day 4 to day 10 you will mash your solid food with low fat content and eat small breakfast With Lemon juice.
For your mean meal you will have fruit and one cup of pineapple juice mixed with lemon.
* After you finish the program you will start to have 4 small meals and have pineapple and lemon juice.
* Have your vitamins.
* keep drinking water 2.5- 3 litters everyday.
If you have headach or tiredness it's normal at the first 2 days later you will feel much better.
