Your shower can be the key to healthy beatifull skin .



1- Hot  long shower

The hot steamy shower is wonderful but it's actually take away the outmost layer of the skin , which can causes dry and scaly skin .
You have to know that when your skin start to turn red and itch that mean your skin give you sign to leave  the shower as soon as possible .

The best for your skin is a warm water you will feel fresh and clean .





2- Chemical in water 
The heat from prolonged shower can lead to dry skin , but so can your shower head  With purifying agent  used to filter public water , chemical build up on skin over time is very common . 

Invest in  a shower head filter to fight off dry skin caused by chlorine and other element . 




3- Much Chlorine in swimming pool 
Your post pool regimen is vital when it's comes to your skin , even after shower chlorine can clingy to skin and react with topical medications cleansers and even lotions . To effectively remove chlorine , always use an extra sudsy Soap after you take dip .
